Glasgow Southside Residential Portfolio
Alongside our architectural work, the practice draws on experience in residential refurbishment, property improvement and long-term asset management, together with previous senior design and management roles for national and regional housebuilders.
The portfolio includes traditional Victorian tenement properties throughout Glasgow's Southside and has involved acquisition appraisals, refurbishment projects, common repairs, statutory approvals and ongoing improvement works.
This experience provides a practical understanding of traditional buildings from both the designer's and owner's perspective, with first-hand insight into the relationship between design, construction, cost and long-term value.
