A series of feasibility studies, development appraisals and land value assessments were developed to establish residential scheme options and viability. Working closely with the client, planning consultant, and surveyor, we tested a range of development scenarios, layouts and financial models.
Over the due diligence period, multiple appraisal scenarios were studied to evaluate existing condition, planning constraint, development costs, residual site value and project viability.
While a number of potential solutions were identified, detailed analysis demonstrated the development risk and financial constraint did not align with our clients requirement.
The studies enabled informed commercial decisions, allowing resources to be allocated to aligned opportunities.
